From 2017, any organisation with 250 or more employees is required to report on its gender pay gap.

Employers must both:

 

Organisations with fewer than 250 employees are encouraged to report voluntarily but are not obliged to do so. Choosing to report voluntarily can send a powerful message about your organisation’s commitment to workplace equality and transparency. The statutory guidance can be found here.

The reported data is available to search on a dedicated government website.
